Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams lets you make your AI available in Microsoft Teams so users can interact with it directly from their Teams workspace.
A Teams connection is linked to a Workflow, which determines how the AI handles conversations.
Microsoft Teams supports a single Teams connection in the Channels configuration. A Workflow is required before connecting Teams.

How Microsoft Teams Works with a Workflow
When a user interacts with your AI through Microsoft Teams, the conversation is handled by the Workflow associated with the Teams connection.
The basic flow is:
User → Microsoft Teams → Teams Connection → Workflow → AI Response
This allows you to configure the conversation behavior in your Workflow and make that Workflow available through Microsoft Teams.
