Profile Page

The Profile tab allows users to manage and update their personal information. This is essential for maintaining accurate user identity and role context within the system.

Editable Fields

The following fields are available for editing:

• First Name
  Minimum 3 characters required. This field is mandatory.

• Last Name
  Minimum 3 characters required. This field is mandatory.

• Job Title
  Minimum 3 characters required. This field is mandatory.

All fields must meet the minimum character requirement to successfully save changes.

Usage

• Navigate to the Account section and open the Profile tab.
• Update your personal details as needed.
• Ensure each field contains at least 3 characters.
• Save your changes to apply updates immediately.

Best Practices

• Use your real name and official job title to help other team members identify you accurately.
• Keep your profile updated whenever your role or title changes.

Note: These settings are only available to the authenticated user and cannot be edited for other accounts.
