24.07.10: Per-Knowledge Base Chatbot Customizations

We are excited to announce a significant update to our chatbot customization options. Previously, customizations were applied globally, meaning that you could only have one set of customizations for all your knowledge bases. With this new update, you can now have completely different looks and feels for each chatbot you embed on your site.

Example Use Case

If you manage multiple knowledge bases, such as one for Engineering Courses and another for Questions About the Admission Process, you can now:

  • Customize the chatbot for Engineering Courses with a specific logo, color scheme, and title, ensuring it aligns with the branding of your engineering department.
  • Set up the chatbot for the Admission Process with its own unique logo, colors, title, and tailored terms and conditions, providing a distinct and appropriate user experience for prospective students.
