Queued Data
The Queued Data tab displays all URLs that have been submitted for training but are still in progress or encountered issues during processing.
This is a temporary holding area where the system shows the live status of your URL-based data ingestion.
Purpose
When a URL is trained (via Data Training → Preview → Train), it first appears here before being moved to the Uploaded Data tab (if successful).
Only once the training succeeds will the URL be available for chatbot responses.
What You See
Each row contains:
- URL – The page you submitted for training
- Status – Current state of the training process
- Uploaded By – Email ID of the user who submitted the URL
- Processing Date – When the URL was added to the queue
- Action – Contextual options (shown based on status)
Status Types
Status | Description |
---|---|
✅ Success | Training completed. The URL will be moved to Uploaded Data automatically. |
🕓 Not Started | The training process hasn’t begun yet. This may happen if there’s a queue delay. |
⚠️ Warning | There was a partial issue during processing. The URL might need retraining. |
❌ Failed | The URL couldn’t be processed (e.g., page not found, invalid content, etc.) |
Actions
You will only see action buttons for URLs with Failed or Warning statuses:
- Retrain – Attempt to reprocess the URL
- Delete – Remove the URL from the queue
For Success or Not Started statuses, no actions are available.
