Security

The Security tab allows users to manage account protection settings such as changing passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA).

Security

Change Password

Keeping your password secure helps protect your account from unauthorized access. Avoid using the same password across different services.

Fields

  • Old Password: Enter your current password to authorize the change.
  • New Password: Choose a strong and unique password.
  • Confirm New Password: Re-enter your new password to ensure accuracy.

Note: All fields are required. Passwords must meet your organization’s security standards (if defined).

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA adds an additional layer of security to your account by requiring a second step of verification.

How It Works

  • MFA is optional and can be toggled on or off using the switch provided.
  • When enabled, users are required to:
    1. Enter their registered email and password.
    2. Enter a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to their registered email address.
  • Successful OTP verification is required to complete the login process.

Benefits

  • Enhances security against unauthorized access.
  • Protects your account even if your password is compromised.

Tip: We recommend enabling MFA to keep your account more secure, especially for users with elevated roles such as admins or support agents.
