Uploaded Data
The Uploaded Data tab displays all documents and URLs that have been successfully trained and are now available for the chatbot to reference. This is the final destination for any data processed through the Data Training or Queued Data tabs.
What Appears Here?
- Uploaded Files (e.g., PDFs, TXT, CSV, DOCX, PPTX)
- Trained URLs that were successfully processed from the Queued Data tab
If a URL or document is not visible here, it means it hasn’t been successfully trained yet.
Filter & Search Options
At the top of the table, you’ll find multiple ways to quickly locate the data you’re looking for:
- Search Bar – Type in document names, URLs, or keywords
- Email Filter – Filter files uploaded by specific users
- Date Range Selector – Filter documents uploaded within a specific date range
These filters make it easy to manage large datasets and collaborate with your team.
Actions Per Item
Each row in the data table includes an Actions menu (...
) where you can:
- View – Open the document or URL to review its content
- Delete – Permanently remove the file or URL from the system
If the row is a URL, you will also see:
- Retrain – Re-submit the URL for reprocessing in case the content has changed
Bulk Actions
You can select multiple rows using checkboxes. Once selected, a Bulk Action Bar will appear:
- Delete – Remove multiple documents or URLs at once
- Retrain (URLs only) – If selected rows include only URLs, the retrain button will appear
Note: Retrain is only available for URL-type entries.
Pagination
The pagination controls at the bottom of the table help you browse through multiple pages of data.
- Rows per page: Select how many entries to display
- Navigation arrows: Move to next, previous, first, or last pages
Reminder
Only data visible in the Uploaded Data tab is usable by the chatbot.
If something is still in Queued Data, it has not yet been trained and won’t be used in responses.
